Michael P. Cullen, D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S., D.A.B.P.S.

Dr. Michael Cullen, an Omaha native, graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1989, he earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, IA. In 1991, after a surgical residency at Truman Medical Center and Lakeside Hospital in Kansas City, Dr. Cullen opened his private practice, Omaha Foot and Ankle Specialists in Omaha, NE.

Dr. Cullen's professional accreditations include:
● Appointed by Governor Ben Nelson and served four years on the Nebraska
Board of Health
● Chairman of the Alegent Health Podiatry Section for 12 years
● Executive Board Member of the Lakeside Medical Center

● Fellow, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons
● Diplomate, American Board of Podiatric Surgery

Dr. Howard Pachman,
D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.S., D.A.B.P.S.

Dr. Howard Pachman, an Omaha native, is a graduate of University of Nebraska. In 1977, he earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA. After serving three years as a podiatrist in the United States Air Force, Dr. Pachman returned to Omaha to begin his private practice.

Dr. Pachman's professional accreditations have included:
● Chairman and ten years service on the Nebraska Board of Examiners for Podiatry
● Clinical Instructor at UNMC's Dept. of Orthopedic Surgery and Diabetic Foot Clinic

Dr. Pachman's professional certifications and memberships include:
● Fellow, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery
● Diplomate, American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
● Diplomate, American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics (Life Member).
