Tips on Caring For our Feet This Holiday Season
Parties, decorating, holiday parties, traveling...'Tis the season of hustle and bustle.
Here are some tips to keep those feet healthy and happy this holiday season:
- Moisturize - The cold dry air can take its toll on feet. Moisturize daily to avoid cracked and dry skin.
- Massage - It may seem like a ploy to get a massage, but massaging the feet helps with circulation and also releases tension.
- Elevate Your Legs - That's right, you heard it here! Have a seat and rest! Elevating the legs helps reduce swelling.
- Wear Smart Shoes - The sparkly cute high heels may look great in pctures, but if you plan on doing a lot of walking, standing, or travelling then we recommend wearing sensible comfortable shoes with good arch support.
- Pain does not exist in this dojo - If you have peristant pain in your feet, don't hesitate to contact our office so our Physicians can evaluate it and treat it if necessary.
